Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for what is posted from it. Do not create additional accounts to back your own requests — that makes the counts on this site meaningless, which is the one thing the site cannot survive.

You must be at least 13 years old.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it here you give Suggestion Box a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it as part of the service — including showing it to the company it is about, and including in aggregate statistics.

You confirm that what you post is yours to post, is your genuine opinion or experience, and does not break the community guidelines.

What we may do with content

• Hold or remove anything that breaks the guidelines, at our discretion.
• Merge duplicate suggestions, so that support for the same request is counted in one place rather than split across several.
• Suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks the guidelines or manipulates vote counts.

What we will not do is remove, hide or downrank a suggestion because a company asked us to or paid us to. That applies to companies that have claimed their page as much as to those that have not.

Companies and trademarks

Company pages exist whether or not the company has claimed them, and listing a company implies no relationship with it. Company names and marks are used only to identify the company being discussed. See the notices page.

If you represent a company and believe something here is unlawful rather than merely unflattering, email legal@suggestion-box.app with the specific URL and what you say is wrong with it.

Content posted by other people

Suggestions, comments and votes are written by members of the public. They are not checked for accuracy and they are not our statements. We do not verify that a described problem occurred, and vote counts reflect people who use this site — not a representative survey of anyone's customers.

Copyright

To report material that infringes your copyright, email legal@suggestion-box.app with the URL, identification of the work, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change without notice. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Suggestion Box is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from anything another user posts.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — licence, liability, and the copyright process — do.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email. Questions: legal@suggestion-box.app.
